1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NexTool, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

NexTool provides a collection of online utility tools for developers, writers, and creators. Some tools are available for free with usage limits, while premium tools and higher usage limits require a paid subscription.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
You must not share your account with others
You must be at least 13 years old to use NexTool

4. Subscription Plans & Payments

Free Plan: 10 tool uses per day and 3 shared AI analyses per month when signed in. Hosted capacity limits apply.
Pro Plan ($9/month): 500 tool uses per day, 50 AI uses per month.
Business Plan ($29/month): Unlimited tool uses, 500 AI uses per month.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe
Subscriptions renew automatically at the monthly or annual interval confirmed at checkout
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal
Refund requests are reviewed against the terms that applied at purchase. Contact support@getnextool.com with your receipt. Any refund terms confirmed with an existing purchase continue to apply.

99 kr per månad inklusive tillämplig moms. Förnyas automatiskt varje månad tills du säger upp det. Priset visas igen före betalning.
Två vänner, generationer, sparade minnen och val bland anslutna AI-modeller. AI-utrymmet är 0,75 USD i modellkostnad per betalperiod, högst 0,15 USD per UTC-dygn, delat mellan djuren. Alla AI-reaktioner räknas, även vid mat och lek. Dyrare modeller ger färre svar. Oanvänt utrymme förs inte över. Det är ingen extra debitering i USD.
Betald åtkomst aktiveras när betalningen är verifierad. Använd samma NexTool-konto vid köp och spel. Djur och minnen sparas på kontot. Betalning kräver inget samtycke till forskningsbidrag; se integritetspolicyn för hur spelets AI behandlar data.
Säg upp webbköp via Hantera abonnemang i spelet. Åtkomsten gäller till den betalda periodens slut. Omsorg, ett enkelt hej och paus finns kvar utan betald AI. Uppsägning raderar inte djuren; radering av hemmet eller kontot är ett separat val.
Apple-köp hanteras genom ditt Apple-konto. Undvik dubbla abonnemang. För återbetalningsbegäran av Apple-köp, använd Apples köpsupport.
Produkten är i beta. AI kan ge felaktiga eller varierande svar, och valbara modeller beror på tillgänglighet. Vid återbetalning eller betalningstvist kan betald AI pausas.
Familarius är under betaperioden endast för personer som är 18 år eller äldre.

Skicka aldrig lösenord eller kortuppgifter. Dina tvingande konsumenträttigheter gäller, inklusive rättelse och, där lagen ger rätt till det, prisavdrag eller hävning. Betaversionen och ansvarsbegränsningarna här tar inte bort dessa rättigheter.

Web seller: Hardfeldt Moberg Consulting AB, Swedish registration 559507-5127. Familarius is separate from the plans above: SEK 99 per month including applicable tax, renewing monthly until cancelled. The price is shown before payment.

Includes two friends, generations, saved memories and a choice of connected AI models. Shared model-cost allowance: USD 0.75 per billing period, capped at USD 0.15 per UTC day. All AI reactions count, including food and play. More expensive models give fewer replies; unused allowance does not roll over. This is not an additional USD charge.

Access activates after verified payment. Use the same NexTool account to purchase and play; pets and memories are saved to that account. Research contribution is not required. The privacy policy explains AI data processing.

Cancel web purchases through Manage subscription in the game. Access continues until the paid period ends. Care, a simple hello and pause remain without paid AI. Cancellation does not erase pets; deleting your home or account is separate. Manage Apple purchases through your Apple account and request Apple refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com. Avoid duplicate subscriptions.

Familarius is in beta. AI responses can be inaccurate or vary, and models depend on availability. Refunds or payment disputes can pause paid AI. For missing web access, complaints or applicable withdrawal rights, contact support@getnextool.com with your account email and receipt reference, never passwords or card details. Mandatory consumer rights, including remedies for faulty services, remain applicable and override beta disclaimers and liability limits.

During the beta period, Familarius is only for people aged 18 or older.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Attempt to circumvent usage limits or rate limiting
Use AI tools to generate harmful, misleading, or illegal content
Automate access to the service beyond normal use (scraping, bots)
Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the service

6. AI Tools Disclaimer

AI-generated content is provided as-is and may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI outputs for any specific purpose.

7. Intellectual Property

The NexTool service, including its design, code, algorithms, AI analysis methodologies, branding, and all proprietary technology — including but not limited to the Fine Print Decoder™ risk scoring system, document analysis engine, and structured output formats — are the exclusive property of NexTool and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by NexTool.

Content you create using our tools belongs to you. By using AI tools, you acknowledge that AI-generated content may not be eligible for copyright protection in all jurisdictions. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, copy, or create derivative works based on NexTool's proprietary analysis tools or methodologies.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law and subject to mandatory consumer rights, NexTool is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
