BMI Categories Explained
Underweight (BMI < 18.5)

Normal (BMI 18.5 - 24.9)
Generally considered a healthy weight range. Associated with the lowest health risks for most adults.
Overweight (BMI 25 - 29.9)

Obese (BMI >= 30)
Significantly increases risk of serious health conditions. Medical consultation is recommended.
